Does any one know of any pubs or restaurants you can see fireworks from battersea park in?
We are going to london for the weekend of the 31st oct -2nd of nov and are hoping to see the fireworks but we are also hoping to eat we are staying in wembley and are hoping to make it somewhere near the thames to watch the fireworks but we are also hoping to eat somewhere any suggestions? Also do any locals know of the best tube stop to get off at for them.
Can’t think of anywhere where you can stay inside and watch them, but if you go to the ‘S’ Bar on the south side of Battersea Bridge then you can go outside and watch them. You will literally only have to walk a minute to watch directly from the bridge.
There are restaurants right opposite. You can get a mainline train to Clapham Junction (from Victoria) then get a short taxi ride, or get a tube to Sloane Square and get a taxi.
