how can people possibly claim that Glasgow is better than Edinburgh?
Edinburgh recently came top in location, location’s most desirable city in Britain to live
Morningside in Edinburgh was valued by a childrens charity as the best place in the uk to raise a child.
Edinburgh has some of the finest architecture in the WORLD.
Has one of the biggest hogmany festivals in the world, used to be the biggest until it was made all ticket as the city could not cope with city more than doubling its population in two nights
Glasgow was awarded european city of culture, an award which is always given to cities entirely void of culture
Edinburgh is more welcoming, away football fans often go to the same pubs as the team they are playing. Do this in Glasgow and ask for a pint you get a beating and some stiches
Edinburgh is incontestably more pleasant to be in
You go to Glasgow for shopping, you come back without your walle or car and you’re given a knife wound.
I agree…Glasgow is more common and downmarket. Edinburgh is classier (and the capital).
As for the city of culture…you are correct…look who has the title in England now..Liverpool….Nuff said.
Liverpool culture and Glasgow culture are oxymorons (contradictions in terms).
An Edinburgh kiss would be nicer than a Glasgow kiss.
