A week in LONDON! Which hotel can you suggest me?

HI! I’m from Italy and I’ll soon come to London for a week. I never stayed there, so I really don’t know nothing about the zones of the CITY! I’m looking for a room in a quite cheap hotel , I found some near King’s Cross but many of you told me that’s not a good place to stay. I tryed near Victoria station ( I arrive/depart from Stansted airport ) but I found only lots of dirty bed&breakfast… Now I found these 2 hotels in bayswater, how is there? Are there restaurants, shops, pubs? how’s the nightlife? and what about the bus/metro to go to the centre at night? which of these 2 do you suggest me? thank you!

i would recommend the holiday inn in brent cross it is a really good hotel near shops like sports world next tk max. and a big shopping centre with loads of different stores which id really close it has shops like wh-smith, mc donalds, so if your staying here for a week it would be a great place since there a shops really close and bus station is really close.

hoped that helped

( p.s if you dont want really like the holiday inn i recommend the second one on your list. but the holiday is much better)
