Visiting tampa for NFL game. Staying the entire weekend. Is there a touristy part of tampa, with bars?
and hotels and clubs to keep my driving limited. Its not important that I be near the stadium, I just want to be where the night life is. I also need recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Thanks.
Ybor City is the clubby place. If you want a hotel that is convenient to nightlife, stay at the Marriott Renaissance and just go to the bars there at the International Plaza.
As far as restaurants, there’s Bern’s Steakhouse which is good but spendy. If you want a great Florida experience, go to the Columbia in Ybor and sit in the Flamenco room.
