What would be good for a Neon Nights prom theme?
We want to make our prom theme Neon Nights. However, the teachers don’t think it is a good idea. What are some things we could do to decorate and use as a back drop for pictures? Also, how do we show them the idea without making it sound like a rave or club or something? Also any other ides related to a ‘Neon Nights’ theme would be appreciated (:
