Where should two women go on holiday in Europe for sun, culture and other groups of friends in their 20s/30s?
We are two friends both in our late twenties who have both recently split up from long term relationships and need to cheer ourselves up! We want to go on holiday (ideally to Europe) around May time, to somewhere with sunshine and great beaches, good nightlife (but not manic ravey type nightlife), that won’t be full of families, couples or lairy 18 year olds. I.e. somewhere where other groups of friends about our age are likely to go. A bit of culture and interesting stuff to do, plenty of sun and sand, and some nice eateries, bars (karaoke?!) and the odd club. Somewhere where we won’t be the only group of friends in a place full of couples or families. Anyone know of anywhere like this?
i reckon Ibiza..thats full of life and clubs etc., and you can also get some culture if you travel a little further afield than San Antonio..which is the heart of the party scene.
not sure how hot it will be there in may though, warm maybe. the canary islands would be hotter..and thats another alternative for you! – have a good holiday!
