Hi. I am trying to find an authentic style karaoke bar in Melbourne preferably in/around Chinatown?
I am looking for something that is not as upmarket as Chi lounge and not as cheesy looking as KBox (although I admit I have never been there). Thanks in Advance 
Yeah I understand the difference between these countries dude but a Cantonese friend tells me there are many karoke places in chinatown area (chinatown does not only have chinese restaurants)

I had my birthday party at KBox, I actually enjoyed it. MASSIVE song list, and the prices are pretty good if you get enough people. The rooms are actually pretty classy, it’s just the outside that looks bad. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
