karaoke bar atlantic city
Where are the best places to go in Atlantic City?

Friends and I are going over the summer and none of us have ever been. We’re all in our mid-thirties, so we don’t want to be hanging out with the just-turned-21 crowd, but we don’t want to be with the senior citizens either.

Can someone recommend some good clubs, bars, restaurants, casinos, etc that aren’t too far from the boardwalk? We’re looking for places to go dancing, to gamble, to hang out and get some drinks, maybe even a little karaoke. Any suggestions?

Also, can anyone recommend any restaurants that are nice, but not super expensive?

Thanks.

For the most part, the senior citizens are only in the casinos during the day (as most of them come down on the bus for the day). And they tend to play slots. So if you play table games, it’s not really a problem.

If you’re looking to stay away from the 20-somethings, I’d avoid The Borgata and Harrah’s. The Borgata is the newest casino and has the most clubs. Harrah’s has the club at the pool after hours.

I’d look at Showboat with The House of Blues. There’s The Pier at Caesars which the third floor is nothing but restaurants. There’s Dusk at Caesar’s (only opened last year, so don’t know much about it).

I will survive Karaoke Felician nursing students
