In University City, a lot of people go to MadMex (great Margaritas and cheap), Blarney’s (my fave), New Deck Tavern (good for sports), or Smokey Joes (very “Penn” crowd)! For St. Patty’s day – Irish Pub – duh! There are 2 Irish Pubs in Olde City and one in Center (where Rocky was filmed!) Perhaps I’ll catch ya around!!
