Are there any Irish Pubs near Miami International Airport?
when I say Irish pubs I do not mean Bennigan’s and other chains. Please tell me there are decent restaurants in this area without jumping on the thruway, paying two tolls, and heading toward the beach!
The closest is John Martin’s (& its pretty good) on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Not too far away – 10 min. normal; 15-20 min. during rush hour. You’ll need to take a cab south on LeJeune to Miracle Mile, turn left, one or two blocks. North side if the street.
I agree with Waxy O’Connor’s in Ft. Laud. But that’s far away (near Ft. Laud Airport however) .
