Anyone got a recipe for a tuna steak sandwich.?
There was a pub in downtown houston, forget the name, maybe its still there, that makes the BEST tuna sandwich. I have no idea what the marinade was, but it was fantastic. Anybody got a good marinade for a tuna steak?
I’m looking for something just a tad bit more sophisticated than salad dressing.
I marinade them in just a little oil and a grind of black pepper, but after cooking dress with 1,000 Island Dressing.
