My daughter, 17, visit N.Y.C ?
hello all:
we are not from the usa, we are from europe/Austria (therefor my english is bad, sorry).
My question: my daughter visit N.Y.C. in 1 week, and she is afraid, that she will get boring there, when her money for shopping is over 
At home, in Vienna, she goes out every day, in clubs for dancing, in smaller clubs with her music and meet her friends every day. But where can she get in N.Y.C? Do you know some places, where young people stay and chill?
Maybe she`ll find friends there?

I’d recommend going to Canal Street (shopping). Going to see the Statue of Liberty is fun, Times Square after 6pm, maybe going to see a play, just walking around the city and looking at things. There are tons of cool street performers and stuff there. The gift shops are way overpriced though. Shoe shopping is tons of fun, I love going shoe shopping.
