Holiday to Los Angeles or Miami???
Me and my girl friend are trying to decided where to go on our next holiday. We would like to go end of july and the beginning of August
We have been considering the states but we have had mixed views and opinions from different friends who have been to LA. and Miami
We have heard that in LA that theres only the really touristy things to do and see and if your not in the celebrity crowd that you will find it really hard to get in to the clubs and bars.
And with Miami theres not much to do other than go to the beach – and we dont really want to go to sea world and disneyland as we are kinda old for that sort of thing.
I just would like a short overview on what to do either city, where the best places to go and see as we are 24 years old adventurous and love the beach & water sports but we also do like to the whole tourist thing as well.
ive been to both places before, ive been to miami and i live in la. i think the beaches at miami were cleaner and prettier, but california has a lot of beaches and because la is more urban than miami, theres more places to shop, eat, and see things. i remember i was at miami and there was nothing to eat and we just couldnt find a place to eat.
if you come to la you have to go to hollywood, beverly hills, melrose, and universal studios. i think it would be a place to see stars, shops at tacky stores, and see the stars on the floor.
i think the weather would be nicer and warmer here and itll make it better for you to go to the beach. cause miami is kind of damp and sometimes rains.
la is the place to go.
