From New York City to Boston? Best method of transportation..?
I will be making a trip to NYC in late June to see the Yankees & Mets play, and check out the city. But i really want to go to Boston to see Fenway Park as well. What is the best, easiest, cheapest way to get there?
Also any suggestions on NYC nightlife for college males (restaurants & bars, clubs, broadway, comedy, shows, etc) would be great. Thanks.
Flying is the stupidest suggestion. It will take you 30-45 minutes to get to the airport. Another 2 hours with check in and security. Another hour just to be sure you are not late. And then a 30 minute flight.
it only takes 4 hours by bus and the ROUND TRIP ticket is cheaper than the cab ride to the airport.
Forget the chinatown bus. They are cheap, but breakdown. Greyhound has an e-fare ticket (only online). It is about $35 RT and leaves every 30 minutes or so from the terminal (that is only a block or two away from times square)
