Where Can I Find Debate Watching Parties in Houston – Restaurants? Pubs?
I’m interested to know any pubs or restaurants in Houston might be showing the debate on Friday (that is, if McCain decides to show). I’m particularly interested in someplace in west Houston where I can sit back and enjoy a beer while the candidates go at it.
Don’t think so. Not on the west side. You might find some 2000 beer bar near Rice, full of precocious college students with Dad’s credit card that might televise it. Of course they’ll all be rooting for Obama because that’s the trendy thing to do…
If anything is on the tube in a bar it will be a baseball game. No one goes to an actual restaurant to watch television.
